      Pros

      I enjoyed working at Alcon because of the company values, positive team spirit and challenging work. There was a good work-life balance.

      Cons

      Because Alcon is such a large company, many of the departments are isolated in their functions.

      Pros

      Flexible schedule, sort of. It's sales so you're on the road.

      Cons

      I was working way too much, too often. They want you to hit a call average, but the extra busy work was too much. I also found they identified their "stars" early and if you weren't one of them, they weren't interested in your development.
