      The best products in the industry with high ratings for Alcon employees and with good incentives schemes throughout.

      Cons

      Surgical team is the worst affected with lot of politics and useless people getting promoted just by licking their bosses. And moreover favoritism is the key to success

      Easy to believe in the products and thus feel good about the work/contribution. Decent bonus and benefits package. Starbucks and health clinic onsite.

      Cons

      Rife with complacency. Good people quickly leave, as they must make up for the incompetents around them by taking on heavier workloads.
