      Promotes blame shifting culture

      Pros

      Becoming fewer and less competitive vs market. Expect to work 80 hours a week and nod your head in agreement.

      Cons

      senior management is so high maintenance that culture shifts to managing unrealistic expectations above vs driving real productivity enterprise-wide. Hit the number and find a scapegoat quickly.

      Pros

      Interview process is lengthy. First a series of phone to phones and then a face to face. Questions were basic and consisted mostly of information on previous employment, job duties, etc.

      Cons

      Time between applying and follow up was exceptionally long. Bear in mind thousands of people are employed by this company.
