      Professional work environment Lots of room for promotion Great benefits Company really cares for and invests in its employees

      Cons

      There really was nothing bad that I experienced at Alcon. If anything, I would have liked it to be located closer to Atlanta, but with a manufacturing facility of that size, the location made sense

      Pros

      nice people to work with. salary is good!

      Cons

      They laid off more than 100 people. They hired engineers and let them go after few months. The HQ doesn't care at all about people. so slow.
