      Pros

      Nice hardworking colleagues. Pretty campus.

      Cons

      Out right sexual harassment that the BPO will do nothing about despite multiple calls from 5 separate women. As a matter of fact, they just promoted him! Also, you will probably get laid off if you're in R&D. The place is empty.

      Good wage package, employee benefit

      Cons

      Frequent changes of management personnel, been transferred or asked to leave the organization. Lots of older colleagues who have been worked for more >10years in the organization have left due to the poor management. People who left their position has no replacement.
