      Pay is good which can make you feel a bit trapped about finding another company

      Cons

      Took away hybrid work of any kind - prior to Covid, it required Director/VP approval. That was taken away.

      Decisions from the top down impact the entire country, Flexibility minimal, decisions to remove people based on constant changes and not performance.

      Pros

      Excellent technology, still a lot of great people(for now), relatively recession proof.

      Cons

      With a massive market share and hefty profit margins this should be a slam dunk to rate well above 4 but current rating well below 4 speaks to current top management and owners. Trend is longer hours for less reward for most. Any increase in profits has been through reducing benefits, salaries, and headcount. Nothing creative or admirable about that.
