Pros

Produce medical devices the contribute to humanity in a positive way. Onsite gym and cafeteria.

Cons

Moral could be much better. Same with pay. Over time I noticed a workload increase, as employees leave or get laid off, they are not replaced.

It provides good benefits and inexpensive location in Houston.

Cons

Not enough diversity especially in senior management positions. Lack of minority role models if you are ambitious and minority.

Cons

There is discrimination in the hiring process. Parking is a huge problem
