Exceptionally skilled workers at all levels. Excellent Fort Worth Campus. Great benefits and 401k match.

Cons

Limited career opportunities. Recent layoffs let go many good workers merely for "cost containment." Former Alcon culture is being eroded by Novartis micromanaging and reorganization.

Great benefits inclusive of 401k match, pension and good health care coverage. Pay scales above average in Fort Worth. Very nice campus and highly educated colleagues.

Cons

Company is focused in short term results and loosing sight of relationships with customers in order to make short term financial goals. Highly metrixed organization whith little focus on employee relationships.

Cons

Incredibly old-fashioned management style. Every single decision, no matter how small goes up the ladder. Culture is one that completely discourages independent thinking and decision making.
