Benefits are great.

Cons

Balance between work/family life tilts too strongly to work commitments. Many personal/ home/family sacrifices expected on a routine basis to meet requirements of work expectations.

Micro managed, Rude abonoxious manager, treated like a hourly employee, bullying, coverup and the manager made up work and acted continually busy
