No supervision during work because you are all alone whole day.

Cons

Incredible time pressure and seriously heavy work. The expect you to park the car, prepare the order with 2 crates and 1 coolbox to 2nd floor in 8 minutes. They block your 12 hours but the shifts are 5-7 hours long. Most of the time you can`t take your brakes because you`re late. Terrible job.

Salaries are lower than industry standards for such specialized roles. Nevertheless, in general salary is ok. Greatest benefit is the number of annual leave one can take which can go up to 44 days (yes, 44)!

Cons

Promotions take time and depend on which team are on working on. Also, significant salary increases within the role are quite hard, unless you have an offer from outside and negotiate.
