Pros
Salaries are lower than industry standards for such specialized roles. Nevertheless, in general salary is ok. Greatest benefit is the number of annual leave one can take which can go up to 44 days (yes, 44)!
Cons
Promotions take time and depend on which team are on working on. Also, significant salary increases within the role are quite hard, unless you have an offer from outside and negotiate.
