      Salary given to employees is good

      Cons

      PMs think that they are the owners of the company. The moment you try to raise voice against them, they will instruct the HRs to plan for your exit. HRs are puppets here. They will only listen to you but will act what PMs ask them to do even if they know that the candidate is genuine. Bottom line to stay in this company: Keep saying YES BOSS ! OK BOSS !
