      Pros

      Excellent career development opportunities Freedom for R&D Close coordination between cross-functional teams across two different regional offices. Quarterly award/reward recognition for exceptionally skilled employees and lots of encouragement to do more.

      Cons

      No transportation option (cab facility) Network issues due to multiple vendor dependencies . Frequent VPN connectivity issues , server downtime, etc. Mitigate cybersecurity threats. We have seen a couple of cyber attacks in the past.

      Pros

      Good work culture and offers work life balance. Best thing is the hybrid work model which gives the employees flexibility. It gives excellent opportunities to work on cutting edge technologies.

      Cons

      There is no transport facility available. Company does not provide food and Employees have to make arrangements for food.

      Cons

      1.Monday and Friday are mandatory work-from-office days, and leave is automatically applied if employees work from home on these days. 2.Lab infrastructure is limited in some areas, which can sometimes require working during off-hours or weekends to meet timelines. 3.Sports and fitness reimbursement benefits are not currently available. 4.OPD (Outpatient Department) coverage is not included in the health insurance plan.
