It seems to vary from team to team. Great diversity of nationalities and people, autonomy on the execution and planning of activities, good balance of pace in the day-to-day (given that you deliver on time). Most people work with good functional management from FR and DE. Stellar forecast for the future, given that the company has 10 years of firm sales and GBS' importance grows more and more within the group.

Cons

Very fast-growing environment, foggy visibility on career progression (a lot of reliance in promising internal mobility to other countries), lower salaries than UK/FR/DE for the same positions (although there were good updates on salaries during 2023).

- Supportive work culture - Strong Opportunities to move roles within Airbus AP or Airbus global

Cons

- Brisbane offices are terrible. often smells due to air pollution from the luggage point recycling plant. - Main Airbus AP customer has been difficult to deal with in the past. May change due to recent program cancellations and greater focus on completing work for Airbus Europe
