High level tech company, interesting job, lot of holidays and flex time.

Cons

Basically nowadays it is impossible to really join the company as internal employee. You can be employed as consultat for an external company and in future (years) try to join.

Pros

Worklife balance No pressure to not take leaves (most of the people actually use the full leave quota and it is not considered issue at all in the company) Opportunities are scarce for growth technical and otherwise but if you try and know where you want to go, its ok.

Cons

Little too heavy on process for a large MNC. Sometimes the process even gets in the way of doing the job. Company puts lot of financial value of experience of employees and not on actual skill. (Younger ppl on an average get paid less even for doing 'exactly' same job as someone older)

Pros

Big solid company, with a very good benefit package. Flexible working time and working form home option.

Cons

Reorganisation of the department destroyed any possible career development. People have been forced into a new structure with many demotions and a new inefficient way of working. Key employees with huge knowledge and skills are leaving the company, the outlook for the future is not promising.
