Pros
Worklife balance No pressure to not take leaves (most of the people actually use the full leave quota and it is not considered issue at all in the company) Opportunities are scarce for growth technical and otherwise but if you try and know where you want to go, its ok.
Cons
Little too heavy on process for a large MNC. Sometimes the process even gets in the way of doing the job. Company puts lot of financial value of experience of employees and not on actual skill. (Younger ppl on an average get paid less even for doing 'exactly' same job as someone older)
