      Pros

      -Great company to work for if you are passionate about the space industry and full of great people.

      Cons

      -Although the company is all about space and cutting-edge technology the actual working environment, systems to aid the people seems 10 years behind. - Digital initiatives are a joke, everything important is still done on paper. - Really backwards culture with some very uninspired people collecting paychecks. -the company makes no attempts at making the employee experience better.
