- Good work/life balance, hours rarely eclipse 40/week and only when there is an absolute need for it - Great environment with good people who are a joy to work with - Interesting work and management that works to ensure work is enjoyed as much as possible by employees - Amazing benefits

Cons

- Low pay, and pay is often tied to company performance - Not much room for growth, raises are very rare - Organizational and pay structure is not transparent and is subject to change

Good brand, if you can sell it well on your resume after working here for a couple of years.

Cons

Not very good projects. I know of teams there getting paid for no work. The management in India feels they are best pay masters, but they are not. No consistent strategic directions for teams. It keeps changing with change in management. HR is nothing but a puppet to execute the orders of expat management. Cafeteria facilities are just pathetic.
