      . Theoretical exposure to deep aerospace technologies . Work life balance

      Cons

      . Airbus India has senior people who are non technical and they just want others to become like that . Bad HR policies. They asked people to return their performance bonus on exit . Biased management . Airbus france pushes less important work to airbus India . What people get to work finally is not so great . HR has a big say in promotion of a technical person . Non technical people with good communication skills are given priority above everything. . No technical managers only people manager .

      The town of Lunenburg is picturesque.

      Cons

      The culture is unhealthy and a change in management and corporate name change from Stelia North America to Airbus Atlantic may not be enough to repair the broken spirits of employees and customer relations.

      People try to be nice

      Cons

      Only give priority to Europeans. Asians are not given same opportunities. Too many European married couples cause unfair treatment to people who are really work hard. Many times management try to shove spouse of some management to the wrong job that are high positions just to give face. Asians not given chance. Many lazy and unsuitable staff take advantage of relationship working style like this.
