      -- Well-recognized company in Europe -- Good work-life balance -- Flex-time -- Looks good on CV (akin to a Boeing or BAE)

      Cons

      -- General lack of enthusiasm -- Below average pay -- Huge, heartless company,... manufactures missiles and weapon systems. To consider if you have strong ethics. -- "Closed-door" policy by many employees, don't expect to have useful conversations with others.

      Pros

      The company is growing and generally seems to be finding its way in to new markets. The work was challenging and sometimes fun. There are some great people there.

      Cons

      There are some lousy people there. It really depends upon the group you work in. I respected about half of management and couldn't trust the other half. Information that would help in the job can be strangled by a "need to know" environment within some groups.
