- during probation (6 months), employee only can take unpaid leave, not entitled to have PH in lieu and not entitled to flexi benefit claim.
-salary is low/ benefit is bad compared to the competitors such as Linde and AP. Flexi benefit is only RM500 for confirmed employee, increment is only 3-4% each year
- very sick culture, work day and night and in the weekend (boss will call you at night time and schedule meeting/ or ask you come over office in the weekend)/ employee receive call on sick leave/ or during vacation
- not diversity as a MNC, 80% are chinese in the 1PH HQ, keep talking chinese in the office only..
- MD has favoritism, bias, and does not care about employee welfare. Only care about his own KPI, do not take employee voice seriously, real bad leadership as a country leader. Fire employee like his own company (speechless...) His /her management associate is like his/her secretary, do all the head and tails stuff, no rotation for 2 years, unlike other management trainee program in MNC. So pity.....
- HR does not attend to your questions, long wait for reply. HR people keep changing, did not stay long more than 1 year, seems like also boss issue. Always lacking of manpower, recruitment team take forever to fill one position, (always giving excuse cannot find people even is only a fresh grad position).
- Joined the company less than 1 year, but I can see the employee turnover rate is very high.. people come and go... not stable
