      You get lot of exposure to field and operations and learn a lot about different business units. Encourage towards different roles in the company.

      Cons

      Compensation would be less compared to other places for the same job duties.

      Air Liquide is a large diverse company with many opportunities for career growth. Air Liquide provides various opportunities for travel through out the world. Air Liquide has offices in over 75 countries. Many opportunities are available to travel or work in other countries if one wishes.

      Cons

      Very large company. Higher level positions are not usually made avaliable to everyone.
