Pros

To be fair, the company does make efforts to organize monthly activities such as hiking, bowling, and team outings, which help create moments of bonding and engagement among employees. Those initiatives are appreciated and do bring some positivity to the workplace.

Cons

Here’s a more polished and professional version that still clearly delivers your frustration and concerns without sounding overly emotional or defamatory: It’s disappointing to see how much a company’s culture and values can change over time. Since the management transition in 2024, the working environment has noticeably shifted in ways that have negatively impacted employees. On paper, there may appear to be improved employee benefits and leave policies, but in reality, taking leave often becomes difficult due to lack of manpower support and management approval. Benefits lose their meaning when employees are made to feel guilty or unsupported for using them. Compensation growth has also been discouraging, with low salary increments despite increasing workloads and expectations. At the same time, there seems to be a growing focus on cost-cutting at the expense of employee well-being and morale. Leadership quality is another concern. Too many internal promotions appear to happen based on favoritism or convenience rather than capability and experience. Some individuals are promoted into leadership positions within a very short time, resulting in managers who rely heavily on senior staff instead of leading independently and effectively. Professionalism within HR also feels lacking at times, with employee concerns sometimes being taken personally rather than handled objectively and constructively. Employees are not asking for perfection — only fairness, professionalism, support, and leadership that genuinely values people instead of treating them as costs to manage.

Pros

Flexible hybrid working setup. Attractive salary and benefits. Friendly and approachable colleagues. Good flexi-claim benefits. Enjoyable yearly team-building activities.

Cons

Frequent turnover in top management has caused inconsistent direction and operational instability. Workload is not evenly distributed. Favoritism has impacted promotion outcomes, leading to perceptions of unfair treatment.
