Pros

Travel benefits, good health care, amazing colleagues

Cons

Extremely poor leadership, especially for IT and Digital. Constant organizational 'restructuring', never any budget for people, projects, tools, or training. Everyone is overworked and there is zero recognition for anyone's effort below the director level. Directors will present your work and take full credit. No career advancement, especially for women (spoiler alert: there are no women in senior leadership in IT and over the last 5 years they have removed most of the experienced women from the IT org.
