Prestigious company. Most colleagues were great people. Benefits are generally good.

Cons

They promise you things they can't deliver on, such as permanence. The pay is very bad. They severely downgraded the travel benefits for nom-union employees. Board of directors gave themselves a 300% bonus in 2023 after 3 years of not giving bonuses or raises to any other employees. Workload was insane and unfair.
