Pros

flight perks are good when they actually work out for you

Cons

toxic culture low pay because they include the perks as part of your compensation office 4 days a week zero career growth promotions are next to impossible standby travel perks often leave you stranded in destinations because you can't get on a flight as many of them are intentionally oversold or people have better priority than you

Pros

Flexible schedule but brutal if you have 2 or less years of seniority

Cons

Flight benefits sound great but you make so little at this company that it’s not worth it. If you have a different full time job you’ll be able to afford a flight without benefits, and you’ll be flying confirmed, not standby as you would if you’re flying as an employee. Make very little money Long hours, most of which are unpaid Horrible management as you saw how they handled the strike
