Ahold Delhaize gives the opportunity to its employees to easily move horizontally in the company. There is a very large variety of opportunities for everyone that has the energy to pursue these opportunities

Cons

Its an awfully "political company". Its all about buddies, and rarely about competencies. However good you are, the (almost) only way to get rewarded is to have a friend well placed in the company.
