Free samples, walking path around building and people use it.

Cons

The company told employees earlier this year that they will be decentralized starting January 2018. In a time when companies are merging locations and streamlining development and planning, Ahold Delhaize is doing the opposite. I expect 2018 to be a very challenging year for all employees of the company as they try to figure out what their responsibilities will be.
