Pros

- Talented teammates from all over the world - Very diverse and international - Team rotation is encouraged, so you can learn from different teams - Likely the best compensation and benefits in the Thai job market.

Cons

- Culture varies per team and department - Has a specific profile of a personality they like, which is why the senior leadership team is not very diverse. - Always profit/cost-saving over all else, including user and customer experience. Some of us who have higher standards and different values weren't so happy with this approach. Some of the actual talented and passionate people got weeded out, which is a shame. The cutthroats stay. - People who stay for a long time would eventually be pressured into a management role.

Pros: • Reasonable pay for the location • Work permit support • Central and convenient office location

Cons

• Reduced benefits compared to before • Promotions are harder and career growth feels stagnant • Constant changes with no clear direction from leadership • The value of “Move fast” feels more like an energy drainer than motivation • Too many KPIs and metrics make work stressful • No real work-life balance
