Some of this is normal for larger companies, but it’s still noticeable. * Weak health insurance — Particularly in Thailand, the default plan is inadequate; to get proper coverage you need to pay out of pocket for an upgraded plan. * A bit soulless culturally — Hard to build genuine connections or a sense of belonging; real bonding doesn’t seem to happen easily.
