Pros

Diverse Good compensation Good engineers if you know where to find them. Hybrid Tech stack is deep

Cons

Toxic politics and backstabbing as you move higher. Management isn't involved in daily work and lacks visibility but holds all power. Being a lead engineer is taking all the responsibility but having no power for decision making. Terrible feedback process. 360 review system is biased since feedback from people you work with are diluted by feedback from people who you don't work with closely in larger teams yet gets graded the same. Company loyalty is lacking whether in thailand or singapore. Terrible feedback and appraisal process Inability to move within the organisation as originally promised on hiring.

Pros

The only good benefit I could think of is their work from home policy.

Cons

1. Management disconnected from the floor, 2. No Job security or loyalty. They kicked me out after 9 years of service. 3. Use KPIs as a tool to push out employees instead of offering actual MSA or lay-off. Again to reduce cost.
