Very good location, nice modern offices.

Cons

Low pay. Horrendous management. No sick pay. Supply your own tea and coffee. I was employed as an audio typist. It took several weeks before we had the correct software so the work was hard going. When you sit at a computer all day, you do need regular breaks, but at Aegis we only ever had 30 minutes for lunch and 2 15 minutes breaks in the morning and afternoon. Very high turnover of temps, sometimes wouldn't even see them again. Conditions were worse for the call centre staff, management even tried to restrict them from going to the toilet. It is like a Victorian workhouse. Disciplined for minor offences. As soon as your project is finished, you will be out the door.

A lot of cool employees to get to know and hang out with outside of work hours. It is better than some of the other places in the area.

Cons

Company has illegal work practices. They often would require people to work through their lunches, and say that they could do it if they fed them. Also, they would not always allow bathroom breaks. I witnessed a woman wet herself at her desk because she was not allowed to use the restroom. Afterword, she had to go home and change her clothes, which resulted in a write-up from management.
