Pros

It is learning organization and i got a lots of apportunity to grow my self over here within three years . iI . I love it because this is my first company to identify for myself.

Cons

There are some problem regarding salary and packege level for band five or band four employees. In terms of very less salary for executive or suprviser level.

Pros

The few pros i have to say about this place is it teaches you when people yell at you not to take things personally. And if you do this isn't the place you should work. Another pro would be after i won a prize there i got a star above my head (felt like 5th grade). Aegis did help me in a time of need when we had a horrible ice storm i believe in 2006 or 2007 and fed the surrounding employees and was one of the only places open that you could work at because they had their genorator for everything hooked up throughout the storm. Thats what made me stay the 2 years i did and im grateful for that. Aegis is not the worst place though to work when it comes to telesales but i do adivse you work for CST (Is Outbound and the WORST) Communications prior to Aegis (you will feel grateful for the peace and believe it or not since it is inbound calls theres less screaming your recieveing).

Cons

Aegis doesnt ever prepare you class wise or update wise that something has changed untill you've done something unbearably wrong. Then you are sited and usually written up.I've heard things have changed since my employment but i would only go back there if it was the last job on earth. I was a part of the AT&T Campain and then American Express. Im aware that the time that we did the campain was the time that Credit limits went down and intrest went through the ROOF. I had the most angry people always calling even though i was only membership rewards i really felt for the people picking up on the billing side. I felt as though i was dragging my soul through that door everyday and as if i was dissapointing my self i always felt dirty and shisty (like a thief)This place is so wrong in so many ways I'm glad they got sued and those of us that desereved money back got atleast a small lump from it. I feel for anyone who has to work there due to not finding anything else or out of lack of being able to go anywhere else.

Pros

aegis company is an BPO & KPO service provider. its an enterprise of ESSAR group of companies which has its branch companies all over the world.

Cons

aegis do not provide increment in the pay perks, growth opportunities are very less for post and position for which we have wait for couple of yrs.
