Cons

Huge bloated manpower Confused Top Management - lack of Strategic Vision - driven by short term perspectives only Dissatisfied Employees, constantly looking for jobs outside using it as a stepping stone Lot of uncertainty due to management's decision to sell off its controlling stake in the company
