Pros
Relatively easy to get hired. Nature of the work was fairly straightforward once you were diligent throughout the six week training period. Pay could be more but the stability rather than the amount was more important to me. Tremendous opportunities for overtime. Some colleagues were a pleasure to work with .
Cons
Could be stressful at times during the Medicare annual enrollment period. Some supervisors were oftentimes less professional than they could have been. Pay could have been more for the amount of work done.
