Pros
Easily hired, relaxed enviornment, most employees are friendly, monthly bonuses are paid in full and different kickers allow employees w/ different selling strengths to accel and bonus, recognition for bonusing and achievements made or attained throughout the month and year. good atmosphere to work
Cons
Sitting at a computer all day, being tied to a touchpad phone, management can seem distant and with dold information from employees at times, the quality of leads and opprotunity to sale decrease towards the end of the month, management can act higher and more important than the employees selling for them, double standards for certain employees
