      Pros

      There are no pros, the environment was ridiculous and unsafe.

      Cons

      The environment is unsafe. I had a broken leg and when someone called in a bomb threat there was a stampede and I was pushed around, knocked down, stepped on. Aren't you supposed to have plans in place that all employees are aware of to avoid such chaos?
