      Pros

      pay was good and so was management, liked working hours as well.

      Cons

      the cons to working here were trying to meet the quotas. I felt they were set too high.

      Pros

      Nothing good, I will never recommend any one. Work like dogs and paid in peanuts. No Saturday off and Boss tell to work on Sunday also.

      Cons

      Six days a week work. Not the best of work culture, doesn't value its employees but I have heard that things are not improving in future also. Politics and back stabbing is very prominent. Old timer TMC needs to be reviewed and make way for new generations with fresh and open outlook.most of the people work from year together and so hardly any scope to grow.
