Pros

Wide variety of staff trained in various techniques and a wide variety of diagnosis and types of patients from wound care to stroke to debility

Cons

High productivity requirements without the management to support you. Poor support for employees for CE even within facility. Multiple times told to complete paperwork off the clock. High turnover.

Pros

Great if sometimes unhappy colleagues to who make the working day easier. Easy to use computer systems & comfortable atmosphere.

Cons

Procedures change quickly & a lack of communication from the management team can mean you will be penalised if the changes happen without you knowing or having a day off when SOME other staff were informed. Teach TMs to communicate better.
