      Pros

      all are worst in aegis there is nothing special about aegis if u want holiday. they dont allow to take holiday and insist all the time u should login in night if u have busy in the morning.

      Cons

      automatic receving calls and u should maintin acht and dont cut the calls. very poorn atmosphere if u go there u trapped i want to tell u if u have not any choises then u go aegis if u have any other jobs dont go there

      It is good experience with aegis overall, if you are a fresher and looking for a job then you should start your career with aegis.

      Management can be improve. It's good but still need more improvement.
