      Pros

      Aegis had great Salary and Benefits structure and exposure to the senior level management and working with them was an learning experience.

      Cons

      The biggest drawback Aegis had was there long working hours and improper work life balance. Along with this in many cases the healthy relationship between employee and subordinate was also missing.
