The best part about working for Aegis Communication was assisting customers in using their Benefits.

Cons

The down side to working for Aegis Communication was the company's carefree atmosphere and poor physical condition and cleanliness of the call center.

Pros

Great if sometimes unhappy colleagues to who make the working day easier. Easy to use computer systems & comfortable atmosphere.

Cons

Procedures change quickly & a lack of communication from the management team can mean you will be penalised if the changes happen without you knowing or having a day off when SOME other staff were informed. Teach TMs to communicate better.
