Pros

Love working for company.lovely atmosphere and managers are really friendly. Like that the job is not cold calling and it's all in bound call for help.

Cons

Company is good like I said but job stability is not so good while working for the company which I would not call long a lot of people have been let go while I do understand that the turn over for a call center as such is quite a bit this was not the case. They were let go because they over hired and it was quiet on phones.Dont like the feeling of not knowing if you have a job from one week to the next.

Nothing to say. Not much to say. Suggest me Aegis higher mngmt what can i say pros here you are right guys or CEO can answer.

Cons

They are not folloeing govt rules. If they are hiring girls not providing cabs atleast they have to provide cab for girls, don't you guys know govt instructed to all orgnazation that girls need to off before 6:30pm.
