Pros

The job itself is quite fun.

Cons

Back to back calls and too much work pressure. You have to talk continuously for 5 hours sometimes because YOU NEVER GET TIMELY BREAKS. They don't even send you for restroom breaks, you have to hold it in. And forget about getting incentives, they'll somehow find a reason not to give you incentives. The cafeteria is horrible. Found a cockroach in my food once.

Pros

Good training. Cafeteria food price is very cheap. Friendly trainers and team leaders. Cab facilities are good.

Cons

One hour restricted break time. No permanent work location on floor. Too much work pressure for call centre employees.
