      No pros. Except they give opportunities to a freshers based on their convenience not based on talent or performance

      Partialty is too much Senior act like CEO Salary is so pathetic No hike Notice period have a huge drama moreover they even ask you to extend literally. One of my incidents was i was hospitalized n i was in a very bad condition in that my manager has called me up n asked to me come half day. They are so heartless n pathetic ppl on earth
