Large company with lots of opportunities to move around interdepartmentally

Cons

Pay is not competitive in the HIM department. They are seeking overqualified people for jobs that could be filled by high school students. But this is specific to the HIM department.

I love my coworkers and feel that it is a great work environment. I have had two different positions within the company and have worked with great people in both positions.

Cons

I could make a higher salary elsewhere and was denied a raise because I had "capped out".
