Wonderful until you start to climb the corporate ladder.

Flexibility with the work schedule. You can generally come in between 6am and 9:30am. You can use your cell phone if you really need to and pick your lunch time.

Cons

Supervisors do not know how to manage they are very petty and inexperienced and they have no morals. They have affairs with co-workers and mistreat employees that they feel can't leave the job.

Work hours were good People were great and had the same values that I hold The organization really takes care of it's employees' whole health Family oriented culture (almost everyone I worked with had kids) Challenging industry that kept me engaged Very strong Balance Sheet which points to growth opportunities ahead

Cons

The industry in itself is slow moving on the business side Easy to feel disconnected from the clinical side of the hospital
