As a full time employee, I was consistently sent home when production was down. By that I mean, elective surgeries productivity. I was hourly pay earning part time wages. That was not working for me, as a single parent. Health insurance was the worst ever for a hospital employee. You would think, if you work for a hospital, that you would get good health care coverage. Nope, not here. What's worse? The low, low, wages paid. And not to mention the staff parking was so inconveniently far. Never again!
