It's a start, but it can also be a shark tank

INS, PTO, depending on your job/dept it may even be flexible

Cons

one sided "views" you can tell corporate is#1, some employees can be racist, and HR could care less. Raises are a slap to the face, if you're lucky 0.25 cents, yet insurance keeps going up. INS does not really cover anything, for being a big corporate hospital you'd think health insurance would be great. managers are BFF with other employee, therefore it is like you are walking on egg shells. There is no real advancement.

Pros

AdventHealth is leading in innovation on all fronts. This was proven with how differently the organization handled the needs of the employees throughout Covid 19. The company set aside it's own needs to ensure team members were secure in their positions. There are many reasons to work for AdventHealth, but knowing I work for a company that reflects the values and compassion of Jesus is number one!

Cons

The health field can be volatile depending on what kind of position you are in. Overall, AdventHealth has place genuine emphasis on creating a fair and just workplace. With that being said, with over 100k employees, there will always be individual exceptions.
