You can get by with doing the bare minimum.

Cons

One day, I woke up and realized AdventHealth only takes, takes and takes from its most talented employees. For those looking for a job at AdventHealth, understand that your first role and final role there will likely be the same, because there is no mobility, unless you are Adventist. If you are in the church, you can bypass many steps and ride in that elevator. If not, you will not even have the slightest chance to press that button, not to mention get in, go up or even just stay in place.

Pros

Most people are nice and will help each other out. Work/life balance is something that I truly experienced/enjoyed in the department I worked for previously.

Cons

Some leadership tends to be a bit out of touch with what is truly happening on the day to day workings in a department. In the corporate side of the house, you don't really have options to much up the ladders, unless you are buddy buddy with a leader (which happens everywhere). Pay is standard - sometimes lower than the mean for the area/role. Benefits could be better.
